Nico Pico Rentals was born from a love of architecture, culture, and the rare pleasure of feeling completely at home somewhere entirely new. We sought out three homes in three places that move us — a riad in the ancient medinas of Morocco, a whitewashed villa above the cliffs of Ibiza, and a beachfront sanctuary in Turks & Caicos.
Each property is different by design. Each one is ours to share with guests who appreciate the difference between a hotel and a home.
